Job Description

We are seeking a driven Sales Lead to spearhead our sales efforts in the US market. As our first dedicated sales professional, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy, build our sales playbook, and directly impact revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and qualify leads across HR tech platforms, consulting firms, financial services, and other data-driven organizations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing.
  • Create repeatable outbound processes (email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, events).
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and align customer feedback with roadmap.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and build early sales reporting/CRM practices.
  • Represent the company externally, positioning our data as a critical advantage to clients.

Qualifications:

  • 2–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, data products, or analytics solutions.
  • Track record of consistently hitting/exceeding quotas.
  • Strong experience with outbound lead generation and closing enterprise or mid-market deals.
  • Knowledge of data delivery methods (APIs, cloud storage, BI tools) strongly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: excited to be the first sales hire and build processes from scratch.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English. US market experience strongly preferred.
